  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/4 Tbs sea salt
  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 100 g dark chocolate bar 80% cacao
  • 2 Tbs coconut oil


  • To make these amazing sexy truffles you will need a good blender or food processor to turn the pecans and walnuts into a meal (a ground up nut flour). Put dates into hot water for 20 minutes of foreplay.
    Then, add the soaked dates to the blender. Add cocoa powder, rum and a little bit of coconut oil. Stir them together. Once you have nice and tender dough, gently form it into smooth balls. When you have completed this messy job, place the balls in the fridge.
    In the meantime, melt chocolate in a small pot, adding the rest of the coconut oil.
    Be careful and don‘t overheat.
    When your melted and dark chocolate is ready, take one truffle after another, dipping each one into the pot, covering with sweet, melted, chocolate. Chill this all again. Put it in your mouth and savour this delicious taste!


TIP: Try it with Negroni. (Gin, vermouth, Campari, orange)
